If you are overweight and have PCOS and are trying to conceive we have two considerations for you:

  1. Join our Fit for Fertility Study which is a six month diet, exercise and lifestyle program guided by a kinesiologist, nutritionist and nurse. There is no cost. If you are interested please reach out to
  2. Consider taking daily injections of a medication called Saxenda.  A recent study suggests it can help PCOS women lose about 5-6% of their body weight and kept it off while on therapy.  Discuss this with your doctor if you are interested.
