The Olive team looks forward to helping you! Here’s how you can book an appointment.
Provincial medical coverage, such as the Medical Services Plan (MSP) for British Columbia residents, will cover the cost of your initial consultation and most blood tests and investigations. With provincial coverage, a referral is required to book a consultation – see below for types of referrals that qualify.
You will need a referral to book a consultation with Olive Fertility, and there are two options:
Option 1: Virtual referral by Rocket Doctor
Is it a challenge for you to see a family doctor? Rocket Doctor is a provider of no-fee virtual appointments and can refer you to Olive Fertility. The steps are easy:
Option 2: Your own family doctor
Ask a family doctor (your own or at a walk-in clinic) for a referral.
Select your preferred Olive location below to download a referral form to share with your physician.
If you do not have provincial medical coverage (or reside outside of Canada or reside in Quebec), click the button below to submit an online form. Note private pay prices will apply to appointments and testing.
