Dr. Jennifer Procyshen completed her medical school and residency training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Calgary. Following her residency, she relocated to the Okanagan and established her practice in Vernon, BC, in 2016. Over the next decade, she worked as a general Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, caring for women and families throughout the many stages of their reproductive lives.
Her years of experience in general Obstetrics and Gynaecology deepened her interest in helping patients who were experiencing challenges with family building and ultimately led her to transition her practice to focus more specifically on fertility care.
Before starting with the team in Kelowna in August 2025, she completed training under the mentorship of the group here locally, as well as at one of the leading IVF centres in Vancouver.
She is fascinated by the science involved in reproductive health; however, she also recognizes that infertility is about much more than the medical and scientific aspects of care. It can be an emotional and challenging journey, and she values meeting each patient where they are at and helping them navigate that journey with compassion, understanding and individualized care.
