If you are calling after hours with a non urgent emergency, please call the main nursing line (604-559-9950 ext. 2300) and leave a detailed voicemail. The nursing team will return your call the next day when phone lines reopen.

Three levels of underground parking available at City Square.  Please note that the elevators for the East Tower are at the back of the Food Court just before the washrooms.  There are 2 entrances to City Square's underground parkade:

 

On Cambie Street, just before 12th Avenue

On Ash Street, just north of the intersection of Ash and 12th

 

Underground parkade is 6'6" and open from 05:30 AM to 00:30 AM.

 

Parkade gates are closed between 00:30AM and 5:30AM. No overnight parking.

Option 1 - Rocket Doctor: Rocket Doctor provides no-fee virtual appointments and can refer you to Olive Fertility. With your request, Rocket Doctor will typically book your appointment with them same-day. Following your Rocket Doctor appointment, they will send a referral to Olive Fertility.
